With us, you have a 14-day right of return from the day you received your item. 

In order for us to approve the return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and in its original packaging. You also need to have a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase if it becomes necessary to prove the purchase (you will receive this by e-mail so be careful not to delete it)

Processing of your return
Please note that we do not process returns unless it is sent to us with the enclosed return label that came with your order.

We process your return continuously, and will notify you when we have received and inspected the return on whether your return is approved or not. If it is approved, you will receive an updated e-mail from us or our payment partner when your return has been processed. The processing time for reimbursement may vary depending on which bank or card issuer you have.

If the return is not approved, we will contact you with reasons why the return was not approved.

Injuries and problems
Check your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.
